Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 72 hours), approved exchanges will be processed and shipped according to our standard delivery timelines.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Custom Orders – Returns & Alterations
We strive to ensure your custom-made leather jacket meets expectations from the start. If adjustments are required:

One complimentary alteration is offered for custom orders.

Design Approval: Photos of the completed product may be shared for confirmation prior to shipment.
