The Roosevelt Leather Pilot Bag – XL in rich Dark Oak is built for extended escapes, heavier loads, and bigger stories. Inspired by the relentless spirit of Theodore Roosevelt — rancher, soldier, and explorer — this larger version is made for those who never travel light, in purpose or in miles.

Handcrafted from full-grain water buffalo leather, the Dark Oak finish brings depth and character that only gets better with age. Outfitted with antique brass hardware and rugged YKK zippers, this bag is built to take a beating and come back for more. With expanded dimensions, the XL easily holds a 17” laptop, along with clothes, books, and everything else you need for a weekend off-grid or a few extra days on the road.

Four buckled exterior pockets offer quick access to the essentials — tools, chargers, a weathered field journal — the kinds of things Roosevelt himself might have tucked away on the trail. Inside, a roomy main compartment and zippered pocket keep the rest organized and secure.

Whether you're heading to the cabin, the city, or somewhere in between, the Roosevelt XL is built to carry the weight — and keep going long after others would’ve turned back.
